"I recently visited this dessert shop and tried their saffron chai and Biscoff milk cake both were absolutely amazing. The chai had the perfect balance of flavor and aroma, and the milk cake was soft, creamy, and full of that Biscoff goodness. The presentation was lovely too. "Afghan Taste is a hidden gem and absolutely worth going out of your way for. This is not a standard sweet shop. Everything is truly home made, including the traditional Afghan ice cream Sheer Yakh. The difference in quality is immediately noticeable. The sweetness level is perfectly balanced, not overly sweet like many other dessert places, which makes it enjoyable for both adults and children. What really sets this place apart is the craftsmanship. Every ingredient is carefully selected and fully understood. The milk for the Afghan ice cream is boiled down for around six hours every single day to achieve the authentic taste and texture. This level of dedication is rare, and you can genuinely taste it. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and very family friendly. The owner is a wonderful entrepreneur who has clearly put her heart, time, and energy into this shop. Her passion shows not only in the products but also in the way guests are welcomed. Even if it takes a little extra effort to come here, it is absolutely worth it. The quality you get for the price is exceptional. If you value authentic flavours, honest ingredients, and real craftsmanship, this place should be at the top of your list. Highly recommended.
